Best of luck on your new beginning! I just had one thing to add that you might want to keep in mind. I have a long commute and am frequently in meetings also. I have found that the laxative tea will have you racing to the bathroom on the MC. It will only have you racing once or twice a day though. You HAVE to use the laxative tea in order to get rid of your toxins, but be warned that when you have to go you have to go! I would think especially in your case and from what you saw on the x-ray. I don't think the strong urges will last throughout the fast, but for me they are there.
