Thanks so MUCH for answering what you could. I read about the penny and I was totally amazed. When I read that post, I thought who needs the lottery? Maybe it will be your claim to fame!

The Zone is a diet that balances carbs to protein to fat to give your cells the correct nutrients they need to operate at their best. It also says bread, pasta, white rice - processed foods - are not the best choices.

And what I meant by a practioner is a person who you see like a homeopathic doctor.
