Yeh...Im a baby too...I like to do it in small doses with a clean vegan diet to detox inbetween. I HATE being detox sick. Its the worse. Short fast series are a lot easier to deal with emotionally/socially as well.

I got the three day thing from a pro fasting doctor.
(Haas - i think thats the spelling)
