Either way. I don't know that one is worse than the other. My experience is that the detox from the Liver Flush itself is quite a doozy - the first three times. It was quite shocking what a huge toxic dumping it was. Somebody else who started same time as me also said it was a total emotional roller coaster at the beginning. So be prepared to rest and drink a lot of water, etc etc.
The point I wanted to make earlier is that I have been advised by a few people who did many many Liver Flushes before ever taking any antiparasitics and they wished they had started a lot earlier.
Sorry - we're not talking about doing just 'one' Liver Flush here, by the way.
P.S. I have personally chosen Sutter's overall plan but I do The Clark Flush , not the coke one which is his favorite.
