I have healed my adrenal fatigue but bear in mind I have been on UT for almost a year now.

my stress rings went from 4 1/2 to only 1 1/2 now. According to my Natropath my adrenals are strong now. I was on adaptogens (ginsengs) as well for about 6 months which helped with my adrenals and a thyroid herb which is slowing bringing my overall metabolism back up to speed.

I did find the quickest healing to be fasting with urine. I noticed the biggest difference then for my adrenal fatigue. I also consume large amounts of UT when fasting - sometimes over 10 cups.
