I decided to start today. I have some yogurt that goes out of date tomorrow & used it in place of the organic cottage cheese for today. It's organic low-fat yogurt. I added to this 2 tbs. flaxseed oil(Barlean's) & 1 tsp. of honey. I mixed these well for about 2-3 minutes. I added fresh fruit(bananas,apples,& grapes, all organic). This was a suprisingly tasty breakfast for me. I forgot that I also added 1 tbs. flaxseed meal & a little vanilla for taste.
For lunch, I made a big salad with 1 tbs flaxseed oil, 2 tbs cottage cheese,& mixed this in with organic balsamic vinegarette dressing for about 3 minutes. I added lots of fresh veggies to the bowl & also some organic pumpkin seeds. This was a meal that I thought wouldn't fill me up but it did. I did eat a fresh orange afterwards though.
I plan on eating fresh fish for supper along with adding garlic & onions sauteed, fresh cooked broccoli,& potatoes. I've already had two servings of flaxseed oil so I'll leave the total oleolox recipe out for supper. I have found these mixtures very tasty which I didn't think was gonna be the case. I didn't know what flaxseed was gonna taste like before this. I just don't wanna over do it at the start even though I'm not gonna be doing the strict diet. I'm gonna vary the mixtures day by day.
