I know this subject isn't about colon cleansing, but it's Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and I need help fast. Please, read

About two years ago, I suddenly started having bouts of severe nausea, gas, diarreah, indigestion, etc. It was usually accompanied by severe anxiety. I was put through extensive and unpleasant testing for a little over a year, and every hospital, every specialist, said that it was IBS, and nothing more.
This past summer I had it under somewhat control, and it rarely bothered me. But until just a few days ago, I had a severe attack. Ever since then, I can hardly eat, or sleep. It's nearly 5AM and the gas and nausea is keeping me awake. I'm a naturally thin person and I'm losing weight fast. I've been resorting to nerve pills and they're not workng anymore. Please, help
