Thank you Ptree, Tracey and LRF for your kind replies to my posts.
I have trouble finding my posts, after much searching finally found it this morning. ( Boxing day here)
In the next few days, I am going to do the pears and raisins. You are right, the cough seems to be related to my mother's death, as when I read your post, I start to cry.

During this break from Social functions, ( tomorrow until New Year), I am planning on doing the Olive-Oil and grapefruit colon cleanse. I have been on the Master-Cleanse + PB on and off for a few weeks now. I believe I am ready. I so much want to rid myself of any old fecal matter. The last two or three years, I have developed a pouch. I hope the Colon Cleanse will help with this.
Should I be doing the parasite cleanse prior to the Olive Oil? I have trouble finding the ingredients here.
