Those symptoms I did not have before starting. So, I'm thinking it may get worse for a bit for you? Perhaps the apple trick might help. Just search on "apple" on this forum. I've noticed that now I am somewhat constipated, so milk thistle has been helping with this. I also just started supplementing my good bacteria with probiotics which might have been killed off to some degree from the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . We'll see if that helps.

The other guys will know better the mechanics of this. That's just my personal experience.

Also - "No" on Charlie's tonic. I'm not impressed with his business practices.
