My father-in-law suffers horribly from colitis. Barberry bark, cheap = Xmas present! Thank you. Now we know what to get for him come December.

He has found a good deal of relief by going to "the lord's diet". No he's not a religious zealot. It's: no pork (Or animal with cloven hoof), if bread make it sourdough, no dairy...I can find out from him if you'd like. - K
