I think it is all down to common sense. When fasting, if you don't feel thirsty, then don't drink, simple. It is all about listening to what the body wants, which we are always banging on about here on this forum.

I personally wouldn't deliberately do dry fasting, but if i was fasting, and my body didn't want water, then so be it. It can't be dangerous if the body says no to it. imho
