You're welcome. The more you explain the situation, the more I think he's suffering from depression. Do you have a family doctor? If so, can you convince your husband to go for a check up? If he is agreeable to going, then once he gets an appointment, call his doctor and explain what is going on. Tell him/her about the changed behavior and how you think he may be depressed. Otherwise, if he won't go to the doctor, see if you can get family and friends together and have an intervention of sorts. Let him know you're all concerned about his behavior and that you all want him to be healthy. Honestly, I can't say if that would work but it is worth a try. If in the end he refuses to acknowledge that he is depressed and won't go to the doctor, then I think you will be at a crossroad. Where to go from there...? BTW, have you sent your kids to counseling? If not, consider it. They, too, need help in dealing with what is happening. This holds true whether or not you stay with your husband.
