The clumps of candida(or mucus)?? were small & large. They looked like snowflakes alltogether like with little arms spraying out. The colour was either white or creamy coloured(but that could have been tainted from the movement too). I haven't passed blood or puss at all. I have never had a test with barium & have never had white clay coloured movements before.Could it have been the bentonite? They were soft (not hard). I have never used apple cider vinegar before that. The pain felt hot/burning & very uncomfortable in the buttocks area & and kind of felt like I could feel the movement moving(if that makes any sense).I had a dull headache all day(don't get headaches usually & felt quite nautious). After the initial constipation for about 24hrs I am now going lots. The Naturopath said that I was really congested & my main problem area is the brain section (transverse I think) When I had the colonics yesterday it was quite painful all down the centre (from belly button right down) when he used the massager. He said that it was a pretty good colonic session though

Hope this gives a little more info for you. I am not in as much discomfort today but used rectinol & pain relief last night so I could sleep.

Thanks again, I was a little scared that I had done something to my bowel lining!
