Encapsulated psyllium and Bentonite will not produce the same results as the p&b shakes and should only be used on occasion for convenience. The shakes cleanse the entire GI tract from top to bottom and the capsules only work from the point that they disolve. Also, be very carful of your water intake when using the capsules!
