Quite possible. But it was still a serious error in judgment. Let him go sell tonics on his own private website. Don't you think there are those who are just waiting for someone to do something stupid here as an excuse to shut it the whole thing down? He isn't conducting his business here professionally AT ALL.

He's posted people's real first names on his forum before too btw -- so he'd already flirted with this kind of "call them out" b.s.
