Help Please!
Or anyone who may be able to answer my question. I used apple cider vinegar in my enema a few days ago & also took the bentonite/psyllium but left it until it was thick to take it. Anyway I became very constipated but the pain & discomfort in my bowel has been terrible... I really have a high pain threshold so I know there is something wrong. I passed heaps of candida (I assume) with the enemas & my body wanted the liquid out as soon as it went in...not like normally. Anyway I have stopped everything at present & actually went three times this morning.I believe that I passed some old matter (dark brown & this morning lots of white clay coloured marbled movements)

This afternoon I went & had a colonic (passed a fair bit of stuff) but the pain & discomfort is still there & sooo painful. It feels quite raw in there. I am not sure what to do, the Naturopath wasn't able to help with answers this time so I am very very uncomfortable & really need to take pain relief (which I normally never do).

Do you think that maybe the candida has left the bowel raw & what should I do? Oh, I was also ingesting apple cider vinegar (little bit) in water.
