I drink nearly a gallon of water a day, and I am hydrating the Bentonite which I buy powdered and mix with water to a watery/yogurt consistancy. I mix 1 tbsp of the clay with 1 tsp of psyllium in 8-10 oz water and follow with another glass of water. I will try some nuts just before and see what happens. I might also try the mix w/juice.
