Maybe it feels so good because it's a slice of remerging with God.

Maybe Procreation follows Creation and Creation is an expression of divine one-ness. So procreation is a kind of outcome rather than the driver.

But then, I'm a woman, and if I recall correctly -- been awhile -- I usually find sex energizing, not taxing.
