I started using just fresh as sponge bath, then after a few weeks worked into aged rubbed in, then concentrated aged rubbed in. I use as much as my skin will absorb in the time I have available for massaging it in.

Did this every day for a while, then every few days, now as needed, abt 1 x a week or so. More might work better, but I am too busy and optimum looks are not high on my list!

NO skin probs, that is my treatment goal.
