Thanks for clearing that up. It sounded like you were saying you were drinking very little so the 80 didn't make sense. I drink a lot of water too whether I'm fasting or not because I am always so thirsty. When I'm not fasting it's because I eat a lot of salt and when I am fasting I never make it past day 3 so I don't know if my water consumption would naturally go down. I hope to fast tomorrow and make it past day 3!
