It is ok to disagree. I have been fasting for awhile and I know the processes that body takes, when alimitating toxins from the body.

Honesty, I have read a lot of books on fasting, and not once I have heard of dry fasting. I am not saying that it is wrong or right. I am just talking about what I know from expierence.

I was just stating my exprience and my concern. I guess I should bow out of this thread.
