Everyone varies regarding the length of time necessary to thoroughly cleanse the colon. You may have to do several rounds of Colon Cleanses to achieve optimal results...or it may not take 6 months.

A Colon Cleanse is very helpful with candida, but probably not enough to eliminate it. Candida is often a systemic problem so cleansing the colon is just part of addressing it. Using antifungals, replacing beneficial bacteria (after cleansing the colon), following a candida diet, cleansing the liver, rebuilding the immune system and rebalancing the hormonal system are all components of healing from candidiasis. But a good colon cleansing can make a HUGE difference and contributes to all these approaches.
