If you have ever done a coffee enema you can see that it would be easy to get addicted. You have such a feeling of peace and calm after it. I was doing them last year for a bit I stopped cos it was irritating what ever is in flammed me but if I ever manage to get that sorted out I would go back. The chinese say that an indication of poor liver function is feeling angry/stressed and the coffee enema release more bile from the liver which promotes good health and a sence of well being.
