I am just thinking out loud at the moment. I read the posts here everyday and I have gained so much knowledge about water fasting. I read a post here today saying how dangerous it is to dry fast. I have tried dry fasting but ultimately end up drinking water. I think it is because I have always heard you can live without food indefinitely but not long without water. During an 18 day fast I got to the point that no matter how hard I tried I could not drink water. I would try to drink water but it seemed like I had to choke it down. It alarmed me and I ended my fast. I thought maybe something was physically wrong with me because I couldn't get water down. I would appreciate any input anyone has on this. Thanks to everyone for all the support and information I have received here. Everyone around me thinks I am insane for fasting.
