Most health food stores carry grade B...they no longer use grade C as part of their grading system so don't waste your time trying to locate it. Look for an organic brand...Spring Tree is a good one. Some maple syrup producers use formaldehyde pellets as an anti-fungal in their trees and you want to avoid this.
