As long as you are doing well at 2 doses a day, you can increase the doses gradually until you get up to five...if you need that many...just make sure that your body tolerates the increase in fiber. If the bowel cleansing herbs have any laxatives in them...senna, cascara sagrada, cape aloes...I wouldn't take them with the p&b. They will cause the p&b to move through the digestive system very rapidly which will reduce its effectiveness at absorbing toxins and clearing out the mucoid plaque. Increasing the shakes should get the job done...glad to hear that you're having success with the cleanse!
