Hi, I was wondering if using Bentonite psyllium 4x per day would increase the rate of release of the mucoid plaque out of the body.
I have already gotten some out with 2 times per day.
Nothing happened for about a week and a half while taking it after the initial release and then this grey green colored plaque came out. It was a long string.
with balls of plaque attached to it.
Gross.
just giving this as an encouragement for readers. it definately does work.
I think I have a lot of this stuff in there.
I have excellent bowel cleansing herbs at home. Of course they don't work like the Bentonite psyllium, but after taking the b&p for a few days when I don't see any results, maybe I should take those herbs to quicken the exit of the plaque out of the body.
Ptree any suggestions?
