Please, there's no need for drama... we're all free to provide our own input/opinions. And I will again reiterate that (*IMO*) dry fasting is extremely dangerous and just not worth the risk. I have never tried dry fasting for the same reason I have never tried taking benzoylmethyl ecgonine. IMO, some things just aren't worth the risk (to me) even to satisfy a curiousity or gain an experience. People reading this forum can read all the posts here (and hopefully plenty of other literature) and make up their own minds.

Let's not discourage people from sharing their opinions. I have plenty of education in the health and biological sciences to have an informed opinion. But even if I didn't, I don't discourage anyone from sharing their thoughts (and neither should you-- imo).
