Hi Tracey,

I have IBS & yesterday started taking my daughters Naturopath's prescribed Met B complex & Digestone & I actually had a proper BM this morning. Yah, Yah !!! I usually am either constipated & don't go OR I go 5-10 a day. (This is even with the Psyllium & Bentonite, water & juices). BUT today it was large & much more normal (sorry guys for the graphic details). Maybe this would help your cousin too. (The products are by Metagenics) If you'd like me to list the ingredients just let me know.
