Way to go on making it to day two.. I look forward to going through this process with you.. My greatest times on weakness are weekends and after 7pm... I know that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GOD!! You can do this... I know I can do it also..

I also am an emotional eater.. This is why its so hard.. Also growing up in a family and culture that eating is the social thing to do.. Its hard for me to deal with the kids and husband when fasting that is why I plan on sending two of the 3 kids away for a couple of weeks summer vacation with my parents in Florida so I can concentrate.. The smallest isnt a bother and hardly eats junk.. I am going to clear my pantry of all the garbage and fridge and I am asking my husband to eat before coming home.. I need to prepare myself ..

I also plan on ready the WORD everyday.. Its great to feed on HIS WORD which is "Living Water" and that will help us not be gluttons.. I have been convicted many times after judging someone elses sins God showed me my overeating or emotional eating was a sin...

I will pray for you that you overcome the next few days that are tough.. I want to over come this weekend..
