Yes, I have done other fast. This year I did a short fast during Lenten season for 4 days, but my heart wasn't really into it.

The Lenten Season of 2006, I fasted for 55 days on water and only sipping some veggie juice make with my juicer when I need some engery. It was great. I wasn't weak or had to do anything like lay in bed. I worked both of my jobs with no problem. I just had to take it slow some days that is all. And I rested when I could.

The first 2 weeks were hard because my body was detoxing really badly but after that, I was fine. It was an awesome expeirence for me.
