Hello,

Yes, I would enjoy being your buddy on my fast. I dont' know how long my fast is going to be since it really is up to God. I just know I must get past the 3 day mark so I am not always thinking about food.

Fasting is hard, if you think it by human standards. It is when God intervenes, fast is made easier for a person.

I really miss the spiritual renewal I had with God in 2006 when I fasted. I fasted for a bit this year (only 4 days)during Lenten season which was very nice, but I think I was forcing it so it didn't go well. I wanted to do it for God but my heart wasn't really into it. Now God is moving me to do so. I need to do this.
