Kit?...not sure what you're referring to, but you certainly don't need to spend $250. doing The Master Cleanse with psyllium and bentonite!

You don't have to fast in order to get results with the psyllium and bentonite. Fasting (such as the Master Cleanse) will give you the fastest results, but that's not always the best...or the most practical. Eating one meal a day with the lemonade is not as effective as fasting, but it still gives your digestive system a bit of a break and your getting rid of some toxins...which is better than none. Many people have greater success with a fast when they ease into it by eating a real clean diet (raw and steamed vegetables, fresh juices, fruits, salads, etc.). There are no fasting police out there so it's okay to break the rules...do what works best for you!
