Hi wannadoit! I'm sorry I can't answer your question about digestive enzymes...but I am curious...my cousin has IBS. She is on a strict diet and has been doing everything that she can possibly do to get better. Did you find that the cleansing you did over the past month (or so) has helped that situation? Any improvement?
