Thanks everyone...I am going to stay at 3 drops once a day for at lest a week or like Tom says until I feel a bit better, more energy. I am not in any rush I just want to see it going in the right direction. I have been chronically ill my whole life and badly ill for six years, so any improvement would be a blessing for me. Seem to have a lot of pain in the lymph area under my arms. One thing that would be really nice would be to enjoy a glass of the red every now and then cos for the last four years I have not been able to drink any alcohol with out my sinus becoming really blocked. I am not a big drinker I would just like to have a glass of wine every so often.

Anyway thanks for the words of encoragement....it gives me hope...will keep posted on my journey....best thoughts Moonie
