I came back from my second colonic this afternoon, and the hydrotherapist recommended taking a digestive enzyme on a regular basis. She suggested the "Advanced Naturals" product ZymeMAX. Does anyone have any experiene with digestive enzymes in general, or this product in particular?

My background - I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and am lactose intolerant. When I have dairy (1 or 2 times a week) I take a Lactaid supplement. I primarily eat a vegetarian/vegan diet with just a bit of dairy or fish.
