Thank you. What do you consider to be a good daily dose of cinnamon? I've read anywhere from 1/4 teaspoon a day to 2 teaspoons a day. Currently, I'm taking the latter dose. However, recently Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld wrote an article for "Parade" magazine where he said that it turns out that cinnamon doesn't help. Still, I don't see anything wrong with taking it.
