hi tom....this reminds me I've been wanting to do schulze's kidney cleanse routine. have you seen this one?

I'm still wondering which routine to do, an intensive 2 day protocol, or the regular 5 day one. doing 2 days on a weekend is much easier for me, but do you think dissolving the stones quickly like this has more chance of loosening some a bit too big to travel out easily...and causing a kidney stone attack? I was told the apple cidar vinegar will protect against that and dissolve the stones more. this makes sense to me too.

I could probably manage doing the lighter 5 day routine, but probably only get in three cups/day...I"m not sure if doing repeated 5 day routines are better than a couple intense ones. maybe either one is good...

I don't have kidney pain and haven't had kidney issues...but I've flushed out a ton of liver stones these past couple years...from what I remember, where there's liver stones, kidney follows?
