Hi Melissa! You sound like you're on the right track. So, you've finished your candida cleanse...do you mind me asking what you did...I'd like to tell my mom, as she's going to do some cleansing come January.

Wow, so you're onto a 42-day juice fast? That sounds great! All you have to do is add 4 Bentonite and psyllium drinks a day and you'll be getting out all the mucoid plaque that you want! It's simple and inexpensive. Buy hydrated Bentonite (it's easier to deal with) and whole husk psyllium (easier to swallow). I just bought 'ParaGone' for a parasite killer, because 1. Charles Hilton has used it and had excellent results and 2. It has all the right Hulda Clark herbs in it that kill all stages of the parasites: Wormwood , Black-Walnut hull, cloves...

When you take the Bentonite and psyllium (1 tbsp bentonite mixed with 1 tbsp whole husk psyllium, mixed into a paste first, add the water, drink back...chase with another glass of water) just make sure that you don't take your juices within 1 hour on either side of taking the b&p. The ParaGone has it's own instructions about with/without food etc.

I did a Master Cleanse for only 9 days and did 4 b&p drinks a day and got out TONNES of weird mucoid plaque ropes! shocking! incredible! (I loved it...it felt so good to get it out!)

I hope this is the information you are looking for! I had super success with the b&p and fasting...I suspect you will too...with your drink fast and the b&p drinks. (and parasite cleanse too)
