Hi there...you have powdered bentonite, so you must hydrate it before you take it. It's easiest to mix up a big bottle of it. Make a paste with the powder and a small amount of water first. Then add water...to the consistency of thin yogurt. Then you add 1 tbsp of this with 1 tbsp of psyllium in a glass of water...3 to 5 times a day. Always chased by another glass of water. When you're taking b&p you must drink lots and lots of water. I wouldn't mix it in with the lemonade drink, either. The lemonade is yummy and you want to keep it that way!
