I am starting the lemonade cleanse the day after Christmas. I also purchased the NOW brand Bentonite clay (powdered form) and psyllium. The directions on the NOW clay say to take 1/2 teaspoon of the clay once a day, but I have a feeling there will be more needed. Can anyone advise me how much clay and psyllium to mix with the 10 ounce lemonade mixture AND HOW MANY TIMES A DAY TO MIX IT IN? I want to do this right and I need some expert bowel cleansers help.
