I had a colonic today (Saturday). I released a lot during the colonic including a lot of gas.
Do you know what creates the gas? I wasn't flatulating. She pressed tender areas on my body which released the gas, it was pretty amazing.

I had a large dinner, but it was all raw...
Apparently my digestion is quite compromised.
I will let you know how I fare in a couple days after I try the castor oil packs.
