Hello:

Have any of you done The Master Cleanse (lemonaid diet) for less than 10 days? Did you find it effective?
I am using The Master Cleanse lemon/cayenne/ and maple syprup mix and adding 1 tablespoon of Bentonite twice a day.
Unfortnately I can't continue it past 5 days, but really wanted to start it as was having constipation and stomach pain for a while. (this is also my first time trying it.)

My thinking is that 5 days is better than not at all. would love to hear your thoughts on this...
