Hi Butterfly,
I have no experience with the Ejuva cleanse so don't know if that could be contributing to your problem or not. Sounds like you had good success with the Arise and Shine cleanse...perhaps you should go back to that or try the psyllium and bentonite...but wait until your bowels are moving again.
You can take an enema whenever you feel the need....there is no problem with your body becoming dependent. Just make sure that you use purified or distilled water.
A colonic should clear out a lot more of the congestion than an enema and if you haven't moved your bowels much for several days I would definitely advise it. A colonic will pose no problem even if you have a stricture.
As for foods, stay away from sugar, flour products including pastas, dairy and anything processed. Also avoid any foods that you know or suspect you are allergic or sensitive to. Your diet should include lots of vegetables, fresh juices, some fruits if well tolerated and quality protein sources.
Anytime you experience an increase in constipation on a Colon Cleanse you should cut back or stop it until the congestion is clear. Use enemas or colonics to get things moving again.
And drink LOTS of water!
