Hi!
My sister had the strangest skin rash (allergy?) last year - something she´s never had before and hopefully never will again.....
She had the urge to eat Nori which as you probably know is a seaweed loaded with minerals. She also ate lots of raw green vegetables and managed to clear up her skin to the extent that there were no marks to tell what she´d been thru.
