I checked out the constipation section in the Bowel Cleanse archive but found no real solution. Tonight I will use some oil and masage my abdomen then use a hot water bottle and I will try and get an colonic this weekend, but what if I have strictures in my colon? What foods can I consume that will not cause problems?
Anyone please this is frustrating. I haven't had an urge to go for days. The only time I go is during an enema. And I am afraid that my body will become dependant.
