i hope you don't crash either. maybe you will be fine cause you all ready know everthing. stick to what makes you happy and maintain your eating habit.

i did nothing at all but cry and stopped everyting but work so i hit bottom fast. i never knew til it happened that not eating can make you stay awake for days with lots of energy.

many women have called the FDA and they still say they know nothing, they are lying because i seen the reporst online. doctors also know the effects of iud because of the dalkon shield so i think half of them are lying also.

my hair just would not grow in so finally after 3 years of looking at brittle hair i just cut it off, now its growing in nice and thick. i think the physical things that people can see adds to our depression, so just do what ever you can to make yourself happy.

i know its hard to disclose everything but the more you help yourself the better you feel.
