Part of the Budwig protocol is to use ground flax seeds in addition to (and on top of) the flax seed oil/cottage cheese mix - and do that in the mornings. It's not either/or.

Also, it's incorrect that you can't get dietary fibre with flax seed oil. The lingans are fiber and you can get flax seed oil with a high lingan content with most brands of FSO.
