Thanks for your response. The 2:00 -4:00 am discussion is from chinese medicine sources. I can't remember which ones, but I've run across this on several sites. I'm planning to do a Liver Flush next week, I've scheduled a few days off from work. I don't know if it's a combination of so many nights of poor quality sleep and all this cleansing but my energy levels have really nosedived and I'm feeling really "funky" today - as though I'm coming down with something. Is this what you're referring to? Hope it goes away soon - I'm really having a hard time keeping up with my holiday preparations....
