The best mascara I have used is the l'oreal telescopic one as modelled by penelope cruz... if you use one coat, it gives you a more natural, toned down daytime look. If you apply a second or third coat, it transforms your lashes. They are well defined, super long and not at all clumpy….Just Try it!!!
